Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (U.S. Green Building Council) –We facilitate all aspects of LEED certification in most categories.

Collaborative for High Performance Schools – We coordinate design teams and develop documentation for projects seeking CHPS verification. As with all projects, we offer support before, during and after your project. Documentation and paperwork are key to CHPS projects and you can count on us for follow-through.

Net-Zero Energy Consulting – Before you begin your project or major renovation we can provide the knowledge and skills to help you and your team dramatically reduce your anticipated energy demands. , A true net-zero project is easily achievable for smaller buildings, offices and large developments. For our clients with larger buildings, our assessment may save you as much as 30 to 50 percent of your future energy costs.

Through programming, design and construction, we can help provide you with the greatest opportunity to reduce your project's demand on the environment. As part of an integrated team, we can lead charettes and educational seminars. We offer net-zero energy training, as well.

Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) – We identify your long-term goals for sustainability and energy efficiency as part of this assessment to make sure your project uses the most environmentally suitable construction and finish products. We analyze materials, systems and construction options using the latest industry information and tools.

Green Building Product Consulting and Research - As a team member or outside resource, we provide up-to-date information, research and analysis of the products and systems you are considering. We can also recommend environmentally preferable products for your specific needs.

Energy Efficiency Audit - We perform American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Level 1 energy audits. We develop a preliminary report listing potential upgrades and modifications and their financial benefits to you. These may include rebates, tax credits and energy savings. Level II and III audits can be coordinated to secure the maximum financial savings.

Greening Your Office – We'll assess your company or corporate practices, including energy and water use, purchasing, cleaning, transportation and travel policies. From there we'll develop a Greening Office Program tailored to your organization. We offer educational seminars, sample notes and memos to communicate the changes taking place – and how they will help with long-term environmental goals and energy efficiency of your company.

In-house Sustainable Design Seminars - We provide sustainable design training in a convenient setting. Our seminars include basic overviews and in-depth design ideas, with their cost and environmental benefit implications.

Green Rating System Education – A half-day seminar highlighting the current version of the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED BC+C, ID+C, EB: O&M or CS and CHPS rating systems, depending on your preference. Presentations can include a discussion of the LEED exam and tips to help participants prepare for their own accreditation.

Green Building Tours - Tours of green and LEED-certified buildings are organized to introduce and educate your client, the building users and your consultants to green technologies and building materials.

Green Tenant Guideline Development - We can help you develop green standards for tenant build-outs and provide guidance on including green practice requirements in future leases.
